City of Caulfield Honor Roll 1914–1919

This large and solemn memorial was erected following the First World War to commemorate all Caulfield residents who served during the war.

The Honor Roll consists of 31 large bronze panels with 1554 names listed in alphabetical order.

The panels line the walls of Glen Eira City Council Gallery foyer. The title and dedication is clearly displayed in large letters above the first nine panels and reads:

CITY OF CAULFIELD HONOR ROLL
ERECTED TO THE HONOR OF THE LIVING AND THE GLORY
OF THE DEAD WHO SERVED IN THE GREAT WAR 1914–1919

A complete List of Honor Roll Names is now available. As well as listing the names on the Honor Roll certificates were presented by Council to local returned servicemen and women and to the families of those who died.
