Join us for a delightful and inspiring Mother’s Day tea experience with expert and tea sommelier Sarah Cowell. We will journey through the origins of tea, explore tea culture and ceremonies, contemplate calming tea rituals and sip on rare and exquisite teas from around the world.

Please refrain from wearing perfumes to this session.

Tea Leaf Reading 

Sunday 6 May, 4pm–5pm

Carnegie Library and Community Centre — Boyd Room

 

Join eighth generation tasseomancist, Annie O’Reilly, as she teaches us the wisdom of tea leaf reading. Bring along a cup and learn about tea, symbology and tasseomancy 101 in this special and unique session.

 

What to bring:

A shallow, wide teacup that is pale (preferably without decoration inside) and its saucer.
