Just what are the best foods to eat to optimise your health and wellbeing?

Get up-to-date with the latest nutritional research, learn the best ways to keep your energy levels stable, get the low down on sugar and the current thinking on fats. This session uncovers the links between mental health, diet, behaviour, gut health and lifestyle. Specific foods and nutrients are discussed that boost the feel good neurotransmitter, our immunity and our overall sense of wellbeing.
