Join wellness and fitness coach Maggie Flanagan at this workshop to improve your mood and memory, and avoid dementia. Learn skills to expand and strengthen your memory through small and daily achievable changes in your routine.

 

This is a fun and active-learning session includes the eight pillars for Alzheimer’s prevention, how to lead a brain-healthy lifestyle, how to reduce brain fog, how to improve your brain functions and how to lift your mood.
