The Chinese Martial Art of Tai Chi has been practised for its self-defence, training and health benefits since the 16th

Century. Practised primarily today for wellbeing, Tai Chi involves breathing exercises, meditation and self-defence

techniques. Join Professor Lily Sun as she takes us through a beginners Tai Chi session.
