Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub is now open! 

Bentleigh Library will be open later in the evenings:

Monday to Thursday: 10am–9pm

Friday: 10am–6pm

Saturday: 10am–4pm

Sunday: 12pm–5pm

Council’s Youth Services team is currently piloting the use of Studio 161 as part of their Living and Life Skills program.

At the conclusion of this pilot (mid-2023) we will look at opening up the studio for general community bookings.

If you would like to register your interest in the future use of Studio 161, head to our About Us page and submit your details.

As per all Glen Eira libraries, there will be an e-waste station at the Bentleigh Library and Youth hub for disposal of unwanted e-waste.

This is coming soon.

In the meantime, you can still recycle your e-Waste at Caulfield and Carnegie.

The e-Waste station at Elsternwick will be unavailable for approximately four weeks from 5pm on Sunday 30 October as the building undergoes essential maintenance.

Youth Services are now located at Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub.

McKinnon Library Pop-Up is now closed as all services have now relocated to Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub.

Services and returns chutes are available at Caulfield, Bentleigh and Carnegie Libraries. 

No, all library services have ceased operation at McKinnon.
