2023 CBCA Shortlist announced

Established with the first awards in 1946, the annual CBCA Book of the Year Awards aim to promote quality literature for young Australians; support and encourage a wide range of Australian writers and illustrators of children’s books, and celebrate contributions to Australian children’s literature.

Winners and Honours will be announced on the third Friday in August.

Children's Book Week runs from 19 to 25 August 2023 and there will be lots happening at Glen Eira Libraries to celebrate.  This year's theme is Read. Grow. Inspire. Stay tuned for more details!
