In this program, David George Gordon will share an insider’s view of entomophagy - that’s bug eating to you.

Join David as he explains why insects and their kin could become a United Nations-approved food of the future, helping to fight world hunger and the effects of climate change.  

Deep friend tarantula spider, anyone?  Bug Appetit!
