Kate Young is the author of three Little Library Cookbooks, in which she recreates meals inspired by her favourite stories.

Inspired by her long-time love of Melina Marchetta's Looking for Alibrandi, Kate will be putting together a panzanella, ideal for the last of the summer tomatoes.
