Stories of Hope - and the art of listening

Join local writer, Claire Halliday (Things My Mother Taught Me, Things My Father Taught Me), in conversation with internationally-bestselling author, Heather Morris. Heather's new book is her first non-fiction title - Stories of Hope.

Listening is a life-long passion for Heather and by listening to the stories of Holocaust survivor, Lale Sokolov, she created her debut novel, The Tattooist of Auschwitz. Since then, with more than 6,000,000 copies of that novel sold around the world, Heather's second book, Cilka's Journey, has been another storytelling success.

This special event allows readers to hear more about Heather's commitment to sharing stories of survival, hope and resilience and learn more about the real people who are such an important part of all her books.

Thursday 3 December, 7pm-8pm
