Sustainable habits for wellbeing

Kirsty Bishop-Fox will give you tips to develop sustainable habits that can only be called a win-win, good for the environment and good for you.

We all know that sustainable living is good for the environment. But what if the choices we make to care for our planet could also positively impact our personal wellbeing?

Research has shown that there is a strong link between better environmental outcomes and personal wellness - impacting things like sleep, movement, food, energy levels, and even our relationships and social lives.

Join sustainability educator Kirsty Bishop-Fox, as she shares some practical focus points to make us feel better, perform at our best, and help take care of our planet.

Suitable for age 15 and up.  Free event and bookings essential.
