Festive crafts without the waste

Turn old fabric into beautiful ornaments with Anna the Urban Nanna.

A festive wreath hanging on a door made out of recycled fabrics

The festive season sees the average Australian household produce 30% more waste—but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Join permaculture and sustainability educator Anna the Urban Nanna and learn how to transform old and unwanted clothing or fabrics into gorgeous hanging ornaments to use as decorations or gifts.

Some homemade festive snacks will be supplied during the presentation, and you will take home what you make as well as instructions to continue crafting at home.

Free event.

Suitable for ages 15 and up.

Bookings essential.

Please note: This event was incorrectly advertised in the November Glen Eira News as taking place on the 12 November. The event is taking place on the 23 November.
