Library Locker at Carnegie Library

A 24/7 Library Locker is now available at Carnegie Library.

If library hours don’t align with your schedule, the Locker at Carnegie Library offers a simple and flexible solution.

You can collect your reservations anytime—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—making it easier than ever to access your items at a time that suits you.

The locker is located at the Shepparson Avenue entrance of Carnegie Library and Community Centre. 

Requesting items to collect from the Locker at Carnegie Library

1. Find your items using the library catalogue or library app
2. Place a reservation and choose Locker at Carnegie Library as the pickup location
3. If you need a low height locker, leave a message in the Notes field of the reservation form (not available in the library app)
4. Wait for notice that your reserved items are ready for collection

Collecting items from the Locker at Carnegie Library

1. Scan the barcode on your library card or in the library app
2. On the locker screen, choose Reservation Pickup
3. On the locker screen, choose Select All then Borrow Selected
4. The locker will open so you can collect the items
5. Close the locker door and tap Finish on the locker screen

Items can be returned using the returns chute located nearby.
