Great news: Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub is now open following the completion of essential maintenance work.

Tales with Tails

Share a story with Harvey or Denver in a relaxed one-on-one reading session.

What is Tales with Tails?

Tales with Tails offers relaxed one-on-one reading sessions where participants can read aloud to therapy dogs Harvey or Denver, alongside their qualified handler.

Reading to a therapy dog creates a calm, encouraging environment that helps build confidence, nurture a love of reading and build on positive connections with books and the library.
