Will the returns chutes still be open?
No, the chutes are closed. Please keep your library items at home until further notice. No late fees will be charged.
Will you still answer the phones?
From 1 April, phones will not be answered, however if you have questions not answered here, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I be charged late fees while the libraries are closed or if I am self-isolating?
No, late fees will not be charged while we are closed. In any case, if you are self-isolating or unable to leave your home because you or a family member is unwell, any late fees you incur will be waived.
If you are closed, what will happen to my reserved items?
All reserved items will be held until the library reopens, regardless of the length of the closure.
What can I read if the library is closed?
Make use of our free e-books, movies, digital magazines, e-audio books, music and e-newspapers — available online 24/7.
