Loan periods and Borrowing items limit
In light of the current Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic we have made changes to borrowing and loan periods during these tough times.
Please note: you are responsible for all items borrowed. If an item is lost or damaged a replacement fee, plus a processing charge applies.
You can renew your items twice (up to three days after the due date):
- Phone: 9524 3700 (10am-6pm weekdays and 12pm-5pm Sundays)
- Renew online
Please note: If your items are reserved, you won't be able to renew. Online renewals are available on or before the due date.
Late returns (No overdue charges at this stage)
An overdue fee of 25 cents per item per day to a maximum of $10 per item applies.
If you've lost a card, we can issue you with a new one. A replacement fee of $4 applies.
