Where you can borrow

Borrow from:

• our online collection
• our libraries

Loan periods and Borrowing items limit 

• Up to 40 items (max two games) per membership for 21 days
• No reservation fees. A maximum of 15 reservations per membership at a time applies. 
• Borrow from our e-book, e-audio, digital magazines and other online collections

Please note: you are responsible for all items borrowed. If an item is lost or damaged a replacement fee, plus a processing charge applies.

Renewing loans

You can renew your items twice (up to three days after the due date):

• Phone: 9524 3700 (during opening hours)
• Renew online

Please note: If your items are reserved, you won't be able to renew. Online renewals are available on or before the due date.

Late returns 

From Saturday 1 July 2023, we will no longer be charging overdue fees for items returned after the due date. All existing fines on returned items will automatically be waived.

Charges still apply for lost or damaged items and you will not be able to borrow if you have overdue items. 

Lost card

If you've lost a card, we can issue you with a new one. A replacement fee of $4.20 applies.
