Yoga for pre-schoolers 

A growing body of research has shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, and self-esteem, and even reduce anxiety and stress in children.  It’s also fun!

Join Claire from Young Yogis for our monthly session for pre-schoolers and their special person.

Suitable for children aged three to five years. Sessions are free and bookings recommended to secure your spot.

Held on the second Wednesday of every month.            11.00am - 11.45am.
