You can collect your reservations anytime—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—making it easier than ever to access your items at a time that suits you.

Requesting items to collect from the Locker at Carnegie Library

1. Find your items using the library catalogue or library app
2. Place a reservation and choose Locker at Carnegie Library as the pickup location
3. Wait for notice that your reserved items are ready for collection

Collecting items from the Locker at Carnegie Library

1. Scan the barcode on your library card or in the library app
2. On the locker screen, choose Reservation Pickup
3. On the locker screen, choose Select All then Check out selections
4. The locker will open so you can collect the items
5. Close the locker door and tap Finish on the locker screen

Items can be returned out of hours using the Carnegie Library returns chute located nearby.
