Raising Fathers: Thriving in early fatherhood

A workshop on navigating fatherhood with Jason Seeman.

Image of a dad or father figure cuddling a small child. Both are happy and smiling.

Becoming a father is one of the biggest transitions of your life, yet most men are expected to just “figure it out”.

This workshop, hosted by Jason Seeman from Raising Fathers, aims to help you navigate this rite of passage as smoothly as possible.

We'll cover self-regulation tools to stay calm and grounded in stressful moments, how to respond to an unsettled baby without feeling helpless, ways to help mum feel seen and supported, and how to strengthen your relationship during this time of change.

Whether you’re expecting your first child or already in the early stages of fatherhood, this session will give you the tools, perspective, and confidence to step into this next chapter powerfully.

Free event. Suitable for adults.
Bookings essential.
