Fix it, don't ditch it!
Learn how to repair and embellish your favourite clothing, helping them last longer and look great again. Led by textile artist Tamara Russell, we’ll start with the basics—learning about threads, needles, and tools – and then practice techniques like the running stitch for easy mending.
Bring with you some clothes with stains, rips, or holes, along with any fabric, thread, or embellishments you’d like to add. All other required materials will be provided.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced stitchers, ages 12 and up.
Tickets $7 and bookings essential.
Fresh fruit and tea and coffee provided – BYO mug!
