LABOUR DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY:

All library branches will be closed on Monday 9 March for the Labour Day Public Holiday. Return chutes remain open for your convenience and remember our digital library is always available, as well as our Library Locker at Carnegie. All branches reopen as normal on Tuesday 10 March.

How To Use Your Household Bins

Reduce waste and recycle right at home!

Join our Circular Economy team for a pop-up workshop on making the most of your household bins. They'll be answering questions and giving us a rundown of where the stuff in each of our bins goes. There will be plenty of tips and tricks to avoid waste, plus free kitchen caddies and paper bags for local residents.

Suitable for ages 15 and up. Free event. Bookings not required. Resources available until supplies run out.
