Think tinned food is boring? Think again.

SESSION POSTPONED:

This session has been postponed due to unforseen circumstances. We are working on a date for a rescheduled session. Apologies for any inconvenience.

In this online cooking demonstration with food educator Jessica Scott, The Fermented Mother, you’ll learn how to create genuinely delicious, nourishing meals using affordable, everyday ingredients, with a special focus on tinned and canned staples you probably already have in your pantry.

Perfect for beginners, students, budget-conscious cooks, or anyone wanting to eat well without spending a fortune, this class is all about practical skills, flavour-building, and clever swaps that make low-cost cooking feel exciting rather than restrictive.

Suitable for ages 15 and up. Free event.
Registration required.
Participants will be sent a Zoom link upon registration
