Social connections— key to a good life

Discover the power of meaningful social connection.

Three older adults laughing together at a cafe

We know that feeling connected helps us thrive. Join us for a thoughtful session on what social connection really means, why it matters, and how to build it within your community.

Discover local treasures and support networks, hear inspiring stories, and leave with fresh ideas – and maybe even a new friend or two!

After the session, you're warmly invited to stick around and enjoy a relaxed game of cards or a board game with others.

Presented by Bolton Clarke.

Free event. Suitable for adults.

Bookings essential. Tea and coffee provided.
